Join us at Angelica Village as we tend to our spring gardens!

The next few weeks will see us busy preparing our existing garden beds and a brand new growing space, and we do hope you can join us in christening this new season.

If you are able to attend any of the workdays described below, please SIGN UP HERE so that we may expect you.

We will have some gloves and tools on hand but feel free to bring your own tools if you have them available – particularly digging shovels. Most importantly, remember to bring along a water bottle and sunscreen!

As the season develops we will certainly have more need for helping hands, so keep an eye on your inbox or reach out to us directly for additional volunteer opportunities in the Angelica Village gardens. We so look forward to having you!

For questions, feel free to contact our farmer, Kate Daniel at

Permaculture Days
Saturday April 9th, 9am-2pm
Saturday May 14th, 9am-2pm

Our newest space awaits a garden! Let’s gather on April 9 to begin shaping the land together. David Braden of Living Systems Institute will be our guide as we learn about building soil and working with a given landscape. Grow Local CO will also join us with seeds and seedlings to share. We will gather in the morning and then again for a provided lunch at 5455 W Virginia Ave, with a short walk down the road to the new growing space.

Attendance is free and donations are welcome.

The May 14 activity will be solidified as we draw closer to that date.
